How do I know if an item is in stock?

Unless the "sold out" label is displayed, an item is in stock. However, please be aware that due to the volume of orders your items can not be confirmed until you have completed your order.

How can I pay?

French Navy accepts Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards only. What currency is this?

All pricing on frenchnavy.com.au is in Australian dollars (AUD$) and includes gst.

Will my payment be secure?

Our Site is as secure as we can possibly make it. All French Navy credit card transactions are processed via e-way, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your personal data in a secure host environment.

Is my personal information kept private?

If there's a postal system in your destination country and it's legal for us to do so, we'll deliver there.

What are the delivery times?

Within Australia, these orders should be delivered within three to eight working days.

International orders are delivered by express courier and generally arrive within three to six working days. Delivery timeframes will vary according to destination and may be impacted by factors such as customs clearance.

Please note that delivery times may take longer during the Christmas/New Year period.

These orders will be despatched within 10 working days of your order being placed. (Is this what is says in the disclaimer?)

Can I add items to an existing order?

For logistical and cost reasons, we are sadly unable to combine orders or add items to an existing order. If you would like multiple orders delivered together, you will need to cancel your order(s) and place a new order for all the items you require.

Do you ship to multiple addresses?

Unfortunately, we only ship to one address per order. If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, please place separate orders for each address.

How much is postage?

Shipping is a $10 flat rate within Australia. There is a $20 flat rate for shipping to all other countries.

Where is my order?

If the stationery is a gift, can you wrap it and include a card?

Of course, in fact given what we do it would be our pleasure! Please, let us know what you would like written on the card by following the prompts when placing your order. There will be a $5 charge per item for this service.
