Unless the ‘sold out’ label is displayed, an item is in stock. However, please be aware that due to the volume of orders your items can not be confirmed until you have completed your order.
All pricing on frenchnavy.com.au is in Australian dollars (AUD$) and includes gst.
Our Site is as secure as we can possibly make it. All French Navy credit card transactions are processed via e-way, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your personal data in a secure host environment.

You will be sent a confirmation email when you place your order. You will be sent a second email when your payment is received and your order is dispatched. In the unlikely event that any of the items you have ordered are not available, we will immediately contact you via email and only charge you for the value of the items in stock.
If there’s a postal system in your destination country and it’s legal for us to do so, we’ll deliver there.
Some countries impose additional taxes/levies on international deliveries which you need to pay to receive your order. Please check with your government to find out whether such taxes/levies apply for deliveries to your area.
Delivery times will vary depending upon your destination.
Within Australia, orders should be delivered within three to eight working days.
International orders are delivered by express courier and generally arrive within three to six working days. Delivery timeframes will vary according to destination and may be impacted by factors such as customs clearance.
Please note that delivery times may take longer during the Christmas/New Year period.
For logistical and cost reasons, we are sadly unable to combine orders or add items to an existing order. If you would like multiple orders delivered together, you will need to cancel your order(s) and place a new order for all the items you require.
Unfortunately, we only ship to one address per order. If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, please place separate orders for each address.
There is no charge for shipping.
